Life coaching is all about retraining your brain, and that starts with being aware of your thoughts and sorting through them. My teacher, Rhonda Britten, would talk to her thoughts saying things like, “Yes, I hear you and I appreciate your input, AND I’m going to choose another thought right now.”
I thought that was so cheesy! But now I actually do the same thing. Here’s another way to start sorting through your mental clutter. This technique might be just as cheesy, but it also might work.
