New Year’s Resolutions | Why do we have so much trouble sticking to them?!

It is nearly the end of January 2016 and I am thrilled to be here with you all. In this month’s video I am talking to you about all those resolutions that we all make in early January. But before we do that I just wanted to take a few minutes to really express how excited I am for what is to come in 2016.

Spark your Being was created to help people achieve their creative goals – and 2016 is going to be our first full year of doing this! There is so much coming up and so much to share with all of you, the first thing being the launch of our Spark Strategy Sessions which I’m going to be talking about further down in this email.

I cannot wait to see what 2016 will bring for all of us.

Setting a goal – admitting to yourself what you want to do or what step you want to take – is huge. And while it is great to get started, making that first step isn’t as important as being willing to consistently practice … being willing to keep working step-by-step toward completing your goals!
