I would say that I’ve been living from “shoulds” at least 90% of the time. However, I just started reading “Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting” and though the book is more LOA I’m finding that it’s causing me to “take stock” of my life and how I can start to live from my soul.
Of course, I don’t expect any immediate change but I do expect to begin to make gradual changes – that 1% that when compounded will make a enormous difference in my life.
I love the compounded 1% concept! For me it’s always about taking one small step at a time. It’s those small steps that lead to success. I’ll have to check out that book …
