Since my Adrenal collapse two years ago, I’m obsessed (in a good way) about educating myself on nutrition and health. One of my favorite things to do is to listen to the Balanced Bites podcast hosted by Diane Sanfilippo and Liz Wolfe.
These lovelies are certified nutritional coaches who lean toward whole foods and ancestral diets. I don’t have the willpower to follow all of their recommendations, but I’ve definitely made some big changes to my diet and tune in whenever I need a some inspiration and some laughs.
